Job Responsibilities:
Prepare material requirement plans as per production schedules.
Calculate material requirements using BOMs and engineering drawings.
Monitor material availability, shortages, and inventory levels.
Coordinate material planning with production and procurement teams.
Update material planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
Requirements:
Experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ACHE, piping, structural steel, or process equipment fabrication.
Knowledge of MRP, BOM, inventory control, and ERP software.
Positive command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Understanding of engineering drawings and material specifications.
