Key Responsibilities:
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate information and support the recruitment process until joining.
Requirements:
Freshers with recruitment internship experience are welcome.
Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and handle multiple requirements.
Candidates must currently reside in Pune.
Must be available for a face-to-face interview and immediate joining.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
