About the Role
Gyani Transport is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and promoting our transportation and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Contact prospective clients through calls, visits, and other channels.
Explain Gyani Transport's services and pricing to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into business.
Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Identify new business prospects and expand the customer base.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, transportation, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates with experience in transportation/logistics sales will be preferred.
