Search and monitor government, private, and corporate tender portals daily.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and eligibility criteria.
Prepare complete technical and commercial bid submissions.
Coordinate with estimation, procurement, design, and project teams to collect required information.
Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid documentation.
Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and follow-up activities.
Handle pre-qualification documents, EMDs, bank guarantees, and statutory documentation.
Participate in post-tender negotiations and clarifications when required.
Maintain a database of clients, vendors, and completed tenders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
