Job Description

BlackBuck is hiring energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships within the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities
Visit transporters, logistics companies, and fleet owners to promote BlackBuck services
Explain products, pricing, and technology-driven logistics solutions to customers
Generate leads and develop robust customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales and business targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Maintain daily and weekly activity reports

Eligibility Criteria
Bike is mandatory




12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
Field sales experience preferred
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for field visits
Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented candidates preferred
