Department: Operations – KG H2H (Hospital to Home) -A UNIT OF KG HOSPITAL
Reporting To: Head of Operations / Senior Management

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end operations, ensuring effective workforce planning, patient service coordination, accurate reporting, resource utilisation and smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, duty rosters, staff deployment, attendance, replacements and shift coordination.
Prepare and maintain patient summary reports, daily operational MIS, dashboards and management reports.
Monitor patient status, service schedules, follow-ups, complaints and continuity of services.
Coordinate with nursing teams, supervisors, patients, families and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Track operational performance, staffing availability, resource utilisation and service turnaround time.
Maintain operational documentation, records, compliance checklists and standard operating procedures.
Identify operational gaps, resolve issues and implement process improvements.
Monitor operational costs, productivity and resource allocation.




Ensure timely escalation and closure of patient-related and operational concerns.
Submit periodic performance reports and improvement recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
Relevant experience in healthcare or service operations management.
Positive knowledge of roster management, patient coordination, MIS reporting and team handling.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
Robust communication, analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
