Job Description: Parent Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

Universal Asmita High School, Mira Road, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Parent Relationship Manager to build solid relationships with parents, ensure parent satisfaction, and support the overall student experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address parent queries and maintain positive relationships with the school community.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust relationships with parents and guardians.
Act as the primary point of contact for parent queries, concerns, and feedback.
Address parent grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with teachers, coordinators, and school management to resolve parent-related issues.
Conduct regular follow-ups with parents to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
Communicate school policies, academic updates, events, and important announcements to parents.
Assist with parent orientation sessions, meetings, events, and other school activities.




Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, feedback, and complaints.
Support student retention by ensuring a positive parent experience.
Coordinate with the admissions team whenever required to support parent enquiries and the admission process.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications in communication or management will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in parent relations, customer relationship management, client servicing, or school administration is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
