We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries for our Architecture & Interior Design services. The role involves contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting enquiries into consultations and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads interested in architecture and interior design services.
Understand customer requirements, budget, property type, and project needs.
Explain our interior design and architecture services.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule consultations and site visits with the design team.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams.
Follow up regularly to improve lead-to-client conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Malayalam and English communication preferred.
Interest in architecture, interiors, real estate, or home design.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Confident in speaking with customers.
Freshers can apply.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
