We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist with billing, GST, and payment-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
Handle GST-related work, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
Maintain records of customer payments and supplier payments.
Handle MARG and MS Excel for accounting work.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and other financial records.
Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Knowledge of MARG,BUSY, GST, and MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
