Experience: 1–5 years in fabrication / PEB / steel structures
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspection of flange joints and web joints as per standards
Ensure beam line fabrication accuracy and dimensional compliance
Monitor and verify welding quality as per WPS and specifications
Check and approve fit-up accuracy before welding
Inspect hole size, dimension, and location accuracy as per drawings
Ensure proper surface preparation and finishing quality
Monitor painting quality including DFT (Dry Film Thickness) control
Verify all work is as per approved drawings and client specifications
Identify defects and ensure minimum rework through preventive checks
Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and documentation
