We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the Tamil Voice Process Executive role at Premier Housing & Properties.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and handle incoming enquiries.
Explain real estate projects, plots, and property details to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain customer details and call reports in Excel.
Communicate with customers professionally in Tamil.
Required Skills:
Positive Tamil communication skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Valuable telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
