Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to oversee the hotel's maintenance operations, ensure the smooth functioning of all equipment and utilities, and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
Ensure the smooth functioning of hotel equipment, machinery, elevators, DG sets, and other utilities.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
Coordinate and supervise technicians and maintenance staff.
Attend to guest room maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor the maintenance of guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, and other hotel facilities.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing,



and breakdown reports.
Ensure compliance with fire safety standards, electrical safety, and other hotel safety regulations.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure the effective use of materials and resources.

Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a similar industry.
Multi-skilled technicians with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance will be preferred
Willingness to work in shifts and attend to emergency maintenance requirements.
