Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical skilled to conduct internal audit assignments within the banking sector. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing banking operations, evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements, identifying control gaps, and preparing audit reports.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audit assignments covering various banking operations and processes.
Review operational procedures, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, discrepancies, and audit observations.
Verify banking transactions, records, and supporting documentation.
Assess adherence to internal policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Prepare audit working papers, maintain proper documentation, and draft audit reports.




Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and banking teams to obtain audit-related information and documents.
Discuss audit findings with concerned departments and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Follow up on previous audit observations and track the closure of pending issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Basic understanding of banking operations, internal audit procedures, and internal controls.
Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements is preferred.
Robust analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet audit deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
