Responsibilities:
Guide candidates regarding career prospects and recruitment services
Understand candidate profiles, career goals & requirements
Explain our career services and enrollment process
Follow up with potential candidates and maintain relationships
Convert qualified leads into enrollments
Maintain accurate candidate records and daily reports
Requirements:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities
Sales / Career Counseling / Recruitment experience preferred
Comfortable working in US time zones
Freshers with robust communication skills can also apply
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives
