We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our institute in Chikhli. If you have a passion for teaching, excellent command over the English language, and a proven track record of helping students achieve their target band scores for studying abroad, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular IELTS (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) training sessions for students.
Evaluate students' mock tests, essays, and speaking modules to provide constructive feedback and personalized improvement plans.
Develop and update teaching materials, strategies, and lesson plans according to the latest IELTS exam patterns.
Motivate, guide, and mentor students to build their confidence and improve their English proficiency.
Maintain daily attendance, track student progress, and report to the management.
Assist in counseling students regarding their test preparation timelines (optional but preferred).
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience teaching IELTS. (Knowledge of PTE is a solid bonus).
Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written) with neutral pronunciation.
Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in any field (English Literature or Education background is a plus).
Skills: Strong classroom management, patience, and the ability to simplify complex grammar and vocabulary rules.
