Job Title: OT Technician (Ophthalmology)
Location: Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital

Experience: 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the ophthalmic operation theatre.
Assist surgeons during eye surgeries (Cataract, Retina, Glaucoma, Cornea, etc.).
Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control protocols.
Operate and maintain OT equipment.
Maintain OT inventory and documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital quality and patient safety standards.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology.
4–5 years of experience in an ophthalmic OT.
Knowledge of ophthalmic instruments, sterilization, and OT protocols.
Valuable communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred: Experience in an NABH-accredited hospital and familiarity with advanced ophthalmic OT equipment.
