Job Responsibilities
Handle basic IT support and troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Maintain CCTV systems, routers, Wi-Fi, and other IT devices.
Provide technical support to retail stores and Head Office.
Handle software installation, updates, and system maintenance.
Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors.
Maintain IT equipment records and troubleshoot technical issues during store visits.
Travel to different store locations as required.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across all locations.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
Experience in CCTV systems and retail IT support will be preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable with regular field work and travel.
