Logistics & Production: Manage end-to-end setup, including audio-visual (AV) equipment, staging, lighting, seating, and venue coordination.
Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and contract third-party vendors for catering, decor, transport, and technical services.
Budget Oversight: Develop event budgets, track expenditures, optimize costs, and handle post-event financial reconciliation.
In office Execution: Supervise event staff, manage timelines, and troubleshoot last-minute issues on the ground.
Experience: 3 to 7+ years of experience in event operations, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), or corporate hospitality.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or hospitality.
Core Skills: Solid negotiation, problem-solving, team leadership, and time-management abilities.
SALARY NO BAR FOR DESREVEING EXPERINCE CANDIDATE

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
