Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our courses.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and documentation requirements.
Understand students' educational backgrounds and guide them toward suitable courses.
Follow up with interested students and assist them throughout the admission process.
Help students complete application forms and submit the required documents.
Address student queries politely and provide accurate information.
Maintain student details, call records, and follow-up updates in the system.
Coordinate with the admissions and backend teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Work toward assigned calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
Maintain qualified communication and provide a positive experience to students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
