Job Title: Tyre Maintenance In-Charge

Key Responsibilities
Inspect and monitor the condition of tyres on trucks, trailers, and other heavy vehicles.
Perform tyre repairs, puncture repairs, and tyre replacements as required.
Check tyre pressure, tread depth, cuts, cracks, and uneven tyre wear.
Ensure proper tyre fitting, removal, rotation, and wheel balancing.
Monitor tyre wear and identify the reasons for premature tyre damage.
Maintain records of tyre repairs, replacements, tyre numbers, and vehicle-wise tyre usage.
Ensure proper maintenance and storage of recent, used, and retreaded tyres.
Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams regarding tyre-related issues.
Monitor tyre stock and maintain records of tyre consumption and replacement.
Ensure protected working practices during tyre repair, fitting, and removal.




Coordinate with tyre vendors for repairs, retreading, and replacement when required.
Maintain tools and equipment used for tyre repair and maintenance.

Required Experience and Skills
Experience in heavy vehicle and truck tyre repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of tyre fitting, puncture repair, tyre pressure checking, and retreading.
Ability to identify tyre damage and uneven wear.
Knowledge of truck and trailer tyre sizes and specifications.
Ability to maintain tyre repair and replacement records.
Knowledge of tyre safety procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
