Job Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests in a polite and skilled manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and maintain proper table service standards.
Ensure tables, dining areas, crockery, cutlery and service stations are clean and organized.
Assist guests with menu information and respond to their requests professionally.
Coordinate with chefs, captains and other restaurant staff for smooth service.
Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
Follow hygiene, cleanliness and food-service standards at all times.
Handle guest feedback and complaints politely and escalate issues to the Captain or Manager when required.
Assist with opening and closing duties and other restaurant operations as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality workplace.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Pleasant personality, qualified grooming and a positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Should be punctual, disciplined and willing to work flexible shifts.
Knowledge of basic food and beverage service will be an advantage.
Salary: As per experience and interview
