We are hiring experienced Customer Support Associates / Telecallers / Telemarketers for our Australian Outbound Process. We are looking for a confident and energetic CSA for our outbound process. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Job criteria:
Strong grip on English communication.
Smart and comfortable handling international clients and customers.
Ready to work the morning shift at our office (Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata).
Age between 18 and 40 years.
Work from office only.

Job role:
Research, track, maintain and update leads.
Make outgoing calls to develop new business.
Contact prospects to qualify leads.




Provide accurate and timely information to management.
Develop solid knowledge of the company's products and services to support the sales process.

Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass)

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
