Full job description
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned buyers.
Handle buyer enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
Attend buyer meetings and resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain robust buyer relationships.
Receive purchase orders and verify order details.
Prepare Time & Action (T&A;) calendars.
Monitor order progress from sampling to shipment.
Ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
Work closely with production planning.
Monitor production status daily.
Resolve production bottlenecks.
Ensure production meets shipment schedules.
Prepare and maintain:
Purchase Orders (PO)
BOM (Bill of Materials)
T&A; Calendar
Fabric & Trim Status
Sample Tracking Reports
Order Follow-up Reports
Shipment Documents
Buyer Correspondence

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
