About the Role

Annai Motors, an authorized Royal Enfield dealership, is seeking a agile and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize showroom performance.
Drive sales of Royal Enfield motorcycles, genuine accessories, apparel, and finance products.
Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare periodic management reports.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand presence.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and Royal Enfield standards.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automobile sales, with prior experience in a managerial role.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM applications and Microsoft Office.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Compensation & Perks
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance)
