Tech Vedhu is hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their careers in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
Salary Structure
First 2 Months – Probation Period
Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 per month
Variable Pay: Up to ₹13,000 per month
Total Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹30,000
After Successful Completion of the 2-Month Probation Period
Fixed Salary: ₹4,00,000 per annum (4 LPA)
Variable Pay: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum (3 LPA)
Total Annual Earning Potential: Up to ₹7,00,000 (7 LPA), based on performance and applicable incentive terms.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain customer records and update sales activities.
Coordinate with the team to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.
Any graduate is eligible.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu,Hindi,Malayalam or Kannada .
