Handle client enquiries related to home nursing, elderly care, patient care, and caregiver services.
Understand clients’ and family members’ care requirements and provide suitable service information.
Explain service packages, charges, procedures, and terms clearly to clients.
Maintain regular communication with clients and their family members.
Coordinate with nurses, caregivers, and the operations team to arrange required services.
Follow up with clients after service commencement to ensure proper coordination.
Receive client feedback and assist in resolving service-related concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client details, enquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
Build positive relationships with clients, hospitals, doctors,



and referral partners.
Support client retention and service continuity by providing qualified and compassionate customer service.
