Job Description: Field Sales Officer (FMCG)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, demonstrating the ability to manage territories, build strong retailer relationships, and drive consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales targets by actively visiting retail outlets and distribution points within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach.
Manage existing client relationships to ensure product availability and optimal shelf presence.
Execute company marketing strategies and promotional activities at the point of sale.
Monitor competitor activities and report market insights to the sales manager.
Ensure timely order processing, product delivery coordination, and collection of payments.
Maintain accurate daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports and territory coverage logs.

Required Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Field Sales Officer or Sales Representative within the FMCG industry.
In-depth knowledge of distribution networks and retail sales cycles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet aggressive sales targets.
Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler for field travel.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with local retail geography and market trends.
Proficiency in using mobile-based sales reporting applications.
High level of integrity and skilled ethics in business dealings.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
