Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Support Executive to join our WhatsApp Automation team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, manage client relationships, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Outreach: Identify potential clients, pitch WhatsApp automation solutions, and close deals.
Customer Support: Provide timely assistance to clients via WhatsApp,
email, and calls.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct demos and explain features of WhatsApp automation tools.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer queries and escalate technical issues when necessary.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve product and service quality.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
6 months – 1 year of experience in sales or customer support.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, and automation platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
