Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with solid knowledge of architecture and interior fit-out projects, particularly corporate offices and commercial spaces. The candidate will be responsible for design development, drawing reviews, project coordination, and ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and review architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and working drawings.
Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, site teams, MEP consultants, and vendors.
Manage design deliverables, approvals, and project timelines.
Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and execution feasibility.
Guide architects, interior designers, and drafting teams.
Review materials, finishes, BOQs, and specifications.




Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards.

Required Skills
7+ years of experience in architecture and interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent design software.
Solid knowledge of technical drawings, materials, and construction practices.
Positive project coordination, client-handling, and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
