Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations and staff.
Achieve sales targets and improve revenue.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory, hygiene, and service quality.
Handle customer complaints and team performance.
Maintain reports and follow company standards.
Requirements:
Relevant salon or hospitality experience.
Solid leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Ability to manage teams and achieve targets.
