Job Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager
Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and managing daily business operations.
Supervise team members and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Monitor employee performance and ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets.
Guide, motivate, and support team members to improve productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings and review performance.
Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding current employees.
Monitor customer calls, follow-ups, appointments, and lead generation activities.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and operational issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
Coordinate with different departments to achieve organizational goals.
Identify performance gaps and implement measures to improve efficiency.
Ensure employees follow company policies,



procedures, and work standards.
Support the Manager in implementing business development and sales strategies.
Track team progress and take corrective action when targets are not achieved.
Perform other managerial duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
