Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Communicate professionally with customers in English.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Identify sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers and convert potential leads into sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information.
