About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase conversions, and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create and optimise ad copies, headlines, and extensions.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and cost per lead.
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify optimisation prospects to improve ROI and lead quality.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Stay updated with Google Ads policies, features, and industry best practices.





Requirements
Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
Experience with keyword research, negative keywords, audience targeting, and budget optimisation.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Experience in lead generation and e-commerce advertising is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
Google Ads certification is preferred.
