Job Responsibilities
Networking: Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, internet connectivity, and troubleshoot network issues.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and business software.
Basic understanding of data backup and cybersecurity.
Interest in AI tools, automation, and new technologies.
Positive troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled candidate who can independently handle day-to-day IT operations and support the company's software, networking, and digital technology requirements.
Hardware Support: Install and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Software Support: Provide basic support for Tally, MS Office, ERP, and other business software.
Export Documentation:



Support export documentation software and resolve day-to-day software-related issues.
Data Management: Maintain data backups, user access, antivirus protection, and basic cybersecurity.
AI & Technology: Stay updated with the latest AI tools, automation, and technologies to improve work efficiency.
IT Support: Resolve employees' IT issues, maintain IT asset records, and coordinate with software vendors.
