Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the organisation's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial documentation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and ensure accurate financial entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including tracking payments and outstanding dues.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
Monitor expenses and maintain proper supporting documentation.
Assist in monthly financial reporting and account reconciliation.
Coordinate with internal departments and branches regarding payments, bills, and financial records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
Support internal and external audits and provide the required financial information.




Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
