Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Two-Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations across two floors, ensure smooth workflow, maintain discipline, and coordinate with staff to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily activities across two floors.
Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between both floors.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and qualified standards among employees.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and staff productivity.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the work area.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and report major concerns to management.
Monitor stock, materials, and equipment, if applicable.
Prepare daily reports and update management on floor activities.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Train and guide new employees when required.

Requirements




Previous experience in floor supervision or team management preferred.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle staff effectively.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Salary: As per company standards and experience
