Outbound & Inbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to pitch products/services, nurture leads, or follow up, while answering incoming customer inquiries.
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify customer needs, explain features and pricing, overcome objections, and convert prospects into sales appointments or closed deals.
Customer Support & Feedback: Handle complaints, address service questions, conduct surveys, and log customer feedback accurately.
CRM & Data Management: Update customer profiles, log call outcomes, and maintain organized contact databases using tools like the Razorpay Payroll Telecaller Guide or standard CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, lead conversions
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
