Experience Required: Minimum 7+ Years as he manager
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll processing, attendance & leave management
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)
Employee engagement, grievance handling & performance management
HR policy implementation and documentation
Training & development and onboarding of recent employees
Coordination with department heads and management
Maintaining HR MIS and employee records
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience
Robust knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC & statutory compliance
Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills
Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
