Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Assistant General Manager – Service Operations to lead multiple Ashok Leyland Authorized Service Centres. The role involves managing workshop operations, achieving business targets, improving customer satisfaction, and leading service teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple Ashok Leyland service centres.
Achieve workshop revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Lead Works Managers, Service Managers, and technical teams.
Ensure compliance with Ashok Leyland service standards.
Review MIS reports and improve operational performance.

Eligibility
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
10–15 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Service.
Mandatory: Minimum 5 years as a Works Manager in an Ashok Leyland Authorized Service Centre.




Robust leadership and workshop management skills.
