Job Title : Assistant HR Manager

Location : Nanthencode, Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, architects, site supervisors, project managers, and administrative staff.

2.Coordinate manpower planning and workforce deployment across construction sites.

3.Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.

4.Handle employee onboarding, documentation, appointment letters, and exit formalities.

5.Coordinate payroll processing, salary verification, and full-and-final settlements.

Requirements
MBA / PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in construction or real estate.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and labour compliance.
Experience coordinating with construction site teams and contractors is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
