Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock handling, and dispatch activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Verify incoming and outgoing garments against invoices and delivery challans.
Perform physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper labelling, barcode scanning, sorting, and storage of products.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams.




Update stock details in Excel or ERP software.
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety.
Report stock shortages, damaged goods, and inventory mismatches to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and stock management.
Experience in ERP or inventory management software is preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work in a team and manage daily warehouse tasks.

Educational Qualification
PUC / 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in garment, textile, apparel, or wholesale warehouse operations will be preferred.
