We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) to lead and manage commercial and office interior/fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete lifecycle of commercial/office projects from planning to handover
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor site execution, quality standards, and safety compliance
Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and operational issues
Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost control measures
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Drive vendor and contractor performance and accountability
Prepare project reports, MIS, and client updates
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Mandatory Requirements
3–10 years of experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) companies
Proven experience in commercial / corporate office projects
Solid understanding of construction and fit-out processes
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Architecture
Experience handling large-scale office fit-outs or commercial interiors
Familiarity with local vendors and execution practices in Hyderabad
