We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller – Marketing to connect with potential customers, explain our products or services, generate leads, and support our marketing activities.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain daily call records and customer information.
Support the sales and marketing team in achieving targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
Target-oriented and customer-friendly attitude.
Salary & Perks
Monthly salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000.
