Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
Monitor contractors and site manpower.
Ensure execution as per
drawings and specifications.
Check quality of construction work and materials.
Monitor daily progress against project schedules.
Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers and contractors.
Maintain daily site reports and records.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure proper safety practices at the site.
Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Robust site supervision and execution experience.
Knowledge of civil works, finishing and construction materials.
