Paresh Lamba Signatures is looking for a fresher to join as a Telephone Operator. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with basic enquiries, and coordinating with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Make outgoing calls for customer follow-ups and appointment confirmations.
Respond to basic customer enquiries professionally.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
Communicate politely and maintain the brand’s qualified image.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Explicit pronunciation and a polite telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Freshers only. No prior work experience required.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.
