Job Summary
We are looking for a pleasant, well-groomed, and guest-oriented Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a warm and qualified dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional approach.
Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocation.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and table turnover.
Maintain accurate reservation and guest information.
Handle guest enquiries and requests courteously.
Assist in managing waiting lists during peak hours.
Coordinate with the F&B; team regarding special occasions, VIP guests, and guest preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and reception area.
Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain professional grooming and follow hotel service standards.
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Associate, Restaurant Associate, or similar role in a hotel/restaurant.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a strong guest-service orientation.
Qualified grooming and confident body language.
Valuable knowledge of English and Hindi.
Candidates with hotel or pre-opening experience will be an advantage.
