Job Responsibilities
Welcome members and visitors, ensuring a friendly and skilled front-office experience.
Handle membership enquiries, follow-ups, and recent membership sales.
Explain membership plans, packages, and ongoing offers to prospective clients.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into memberships.
Manage calls, WhatsApp enquiries, appointments, and member registrations.
Maintain member records, payment details, and daily front-office operations.
Build strong relationships with members and support member retention.
Coordinate with the fitness team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sales, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.




Basic computer knowledge, Excel and familiarity with WhatsApp.
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in front office, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Freshers with the right attitude and confidence are welcome to apply.
Age Criteria 20 - 29 year old Preferred
