Role: Customer Service Executive (International Voice Process)
Working: 5.5 Days | Rotational Shifts
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

Eligibility:
Excellent verbal communication skills
C1 level communication proficiency required
Prior experience in an international voice process preferred
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Candidates should be willing to work from the Kharadi, Pune location
Undergradute experienced are also eligible

Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer interactions through voice calls
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Maintain high service and quality standards
Provide a positive customer experience
