We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and responsible Student Counsellor to join our team at our Porur branch.

Job Role: Student Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Explain our language courses, fees, batches, and course benefits to prospective students.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Counsel students and help them choose the right course based on their needs.
Maintain student enquiry records and follow up regularly.
Coordinate with trainers and the enrollment team.
Achieve monthly admission targets and support branch operations.

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.




Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience in student counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.
