We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally while achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
Negotiate and coordinate with customers for timely payment collection.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Follow up on promised payment dates and ensure timely closure.
Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the concerned team.
Maintain a customer-focused and professional approach throughout the collection process.
Requirements
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Prior experience in collection, telecalling, BPO, banking, finance, or customer support will be an added advantage.
